Cheisi Borromeo is the owner/manager of Top To Bottom Cleaning Services LLC. She has over 15 years of experience in the cleaning industry. She was born in Brazil, where she learned how to clean meticulously from a young age. She is a co-governor of this company with her Husband Gerry Borromeo, and a mother of two beautiful children. 

Cheisi is proud of her hard work-ethic, compassion for clients, and she’s known for her fantastic gift of cleaning, and integrity. She loves to take care of people, and make a positive difference in their lives. Cheisi also loves pets!
